The House

This is a 4-bedroom home with the following configuration (all Casper mattresses and Supima cotton sheets):

• King bed (upstairs)

• Queen bed (upstairs, old-fashioned canopy, this room shares a ceiling with the Great Room, which has a only TV)

• Two twin beds (upstairs)

• Full bed (downstairs, old-fashioned canopy)

• Couch with Queen pull-out bed (downstairs living room)

We have made an effort to fill the home with antiques and a bit of charm in the decor. Please let us know if anything has worn out or isn’t working.

In addition, we have the following available to our guests:

Indoor decorative fireplace (not for use)

Towels

Coffeemaker, espresso machine w/ steam wand, and grinder.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and decaf.

Oil, vinegar and basic spices, including salt and pepper.

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Hairdryer (located in the upstairs bathroom).

Iron and steamer.

Washer + Dryer

Classic games, like Chinese checkers, Uno, and Rummykub and cards.

The Property

Our house surrounded by acres of woods and meadows. Explore the grounds to stumble on the 2 small (at times dry) creeks that run through the land. In addition you may find the foundations of house and barn structures previously built on the property.

If you happen upon any artifacts, whether old farm tools or old coins, please let us know but don’t remove them from the property.

Outdoor amenities for our guests include:

Outdoor fire pit with bench seating. Complimentary fire starters and fire wood.

Porch dining tables and chairs, seats 8.

Outdoor grill.

Public access point to the Walkill River 0.3 miles down the road (turn left when leaving the driveway and then curve right to follow road; it’ll be on your left)

Farm stand within walking distance with meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits, honey and more (turn right leaving the driveway and it’s 2 houses down on your left). Open 24 hours.
