Policy #1: no large parties

To preserve the farmhouse for another 250 years, we have a strict policy against large parties. Only people staying at the farmhouse may visit it.

This home sleeps up to 8 in bedrooms and 2 kids in the pull-out couch. We charge an additional $75/person times total nights of the reservation, for any additional people beyond 6 (up to 2 additional people max) and all children age 2 and older count! See our pricing guide for more information.

Policy #2: children & pets

We welcome children to our home, but do not have childproofing set up for young children. This home has nooks and crannies and oddball spaces and corners. If your child isn’t ready for a non-childproofed home, please don’t bring him or her to Twin Creeks. Do be careful of the many antiques.

We have had to change our pet policy to NOT allow any pets on the property. If against this policy, a pet were to be found on the property, the fee is $75/pet times number of nights of the reservation. We do occasionally dog sit for one of our friends, which we share in case there is a concern about allergies.

Policy #3: noise restrictions

We have yet to get a noise complaint from our neighbors or the police. To keep this streak going, we ask that you limit your time on the back porch and fire pit fire pit to before midnight, and keep noise at a reasonable level between 9 pm — 9 am.
